Application process / Step of the process
・Room may be taken before you preview.
・The pre-application period is generally 7 days.
・One housing unit is limited to one household.
・The would-be tenant’s name cannot be changed after pre-application.
・The pre-application will be cancelled if the individual applicant’s name is changed to a corporation or vice versa.
・If you cancel your pre-application twice, you cannot make another pre-application.
・If you make multiple reservations and pre-applications with UR or other companies, they may be cancelled.
・Those who have caused trouble to UR rental housing in the past cannot make a provisional application.
・Please let us know in advance if you intend to make pre-application in person or by phone by yourself. If you fail to do so, it may lead to some misunderstanding.
※Notes to UR’s current tenants
・Tenants with rent delinquency cannot make a new contract. We keep past payment status on file.
・If you make an additional UR renatal housing contract, it will be treated as a multi-unit contract. You need to prove that you have four times as much income as the total rent of your current housing unit and your additional housing unit . In addition, it must be noted that some property owners do not allow multi-unit contract.
・Check in advance whether fiber-optic or VDSL service is available for internet use.
・Depending on the size of your car, you may not be able to make a contract for parking space. Generally, each household can receive only one parking space. You can only find out at the equipment varies depending on the house or scape available.
・Check whether the air conditioning is suitable for your needs as the equipment varies depending on the house building.
・Check in advance whether your furniture and home appliances can fit in your selected housing unit.
・When using UR NAGOYA, please make your inquiries to UR NAGOYA. If you fail to do so, it may lead to some misunderstanding.
・Generally, you must apply within 7 days after making pre-application
・The following documents are required for making an application.
■Residence Cetificate[jumin hyo] (dated within 3 months, no omission, Individual Number[My number] not required, original)
■Tax Statement[Gensen choshu hyo] (most recent, original)
■Municipal Resident Tax/Prefectural Resident Tax Certificate[Shiminzei kenminzei kazei shomeisho] or Resident Tax Notice[juminzei kettei tsuchi sho] (dated within 3 months)
■Mediation Application Form[Assen moshikomi sho]
・Required documents vary depending on income and conditions. ＜Income standards＞ ＜Required documents＞
・Those who have been working for less than one year are exempt from submitting the Municipal Resident Tax / Prefectural Resident Tax Certificate [ Shiminzei kenminzei kazei shomeisho]. The lates Pay Slip [Kyuryo meisai] and an income certificate [shotoku shomeisho ] (with corporate seal)is required on the back of the application form.
・Rooms that are vacant for 6 months or more will need to be re-inspected for about two weeks after application, so you may not be able to move in immediately .
・At the time of application , the contract date and time (may be changed) and move-in date(cannot be changed ) must be set.The application will not be accepted unless the applicant makes the settings.
・Municipal tax Prefectural tax taxation certificate is not a tax payment certificate. Municipal Resident Tax / Prefectural Resident Tax Certificate [ Shiminzei kenminzei kazei shomeisho] is not the same as the Tax Payment Certificate [Nozei shomeisho ]. Tax Payment Cetificate [ Nozei shomeisho] will not be accepted.
・If the Residence Certificate[ Jumin hyo ] has an omission other than Individual Number [ My number ], it will not be accepted.
・The application must submit a copy of the Vehicle Registration (Shankensho) and copies of both shides of the tenant’s ( vehicle owner’s) ID. Since Aqua Town Nayabashi, Axios Chikusa and Suncrea Ikeshita are privately managed properties, the application will need to make a separate contract with the actual property managers regarding parking . Initial charges will be one month rental fee as brokerage fee and one month rental fee as administrative fee.
・The application for parking is made agter the application is completed .
・Please submit the required documents to UR NAGOYA at least one day before the deadline .

・UR will mail you a payment slip which you can pay at a bank. Please make the payment at a bank or at UR Nagoya Sales Center 4F.
※After payment, please be sure to keep the proof of payment and bring it with you at the time of marking the contract.
・Payment may be made at UR Nagoya Sales Center 4F until 3 pm.
・You must set the contract date move-in date immeditately after submitting the application.
・You can change the contract date, but you cannot change the move-in date.
・The minimum move-in date is 10 business days to 2 weeks on weekdays from the date of application , excluding Wednesdays, Sundays and holidays.
※The contract date is the day when UR Nagoya Sales Center explains the contract details and you seal the contract with your personal seal.
※The move-in date is the day when you receive the key at a designated management service office. Rent payment starts from this day.
・Please have two emergency contacts ready ( name, address, phone number ) at the time of signing the contract. ( emergency contact is not guarantor).
・Reservations for the contract date and time are on a first-come, first-served basis. If you do not make a reservation, you may have to wait for a long time.
・If you are moving from one UR property to another UR property, you must apply for moving out by the time you sign the contract . The application for moving out is required at the time of signing the new contract.
・About 1 to 2 weeks after submitting the application, the contract documents and payment slip will be delivered to the address stated in the application form.
・Please bring all required documents, proof of payment, your personal seal and ID card to complete your contract at UR Nagoya Sales Center.
・Payment can be made at UR Nagoya Sales Center 4F.
( Contract signed by authorized representative)
※If the contract is completed by an authorized representative, the authorized representative must bring the following: phone ID card (authorized representative), power of attorney [ ininjo ], Seal Certificate [ Inkan shomeisho ] ( applicant, issued within 3 months ) and registerd seal [ Jitsuin ] (authorized representative).
・After completing the contract, you will receive a key handover notes. On the day you move in, take the key handover notice and ID card to the designated management service office and get your key.
・If the contract day and the move-in day are the same day, be sure to complete the contract in the morning. The management service office may close early.
・Please inform the management service office of the moving date in advance.
・The management service office is closed on Wednesdays, Sundays and holidays.

・A UR-designated power of attorney [ Ininjyo ] is required. The authorized representative must bring a photo ID card (authorized representative ) and personal seal [ Inkan ] (authorized representative ).
・Please contact us before the move-in date if you wish to use our ” Lifeline and Benefits” service. ＜Clicl here for Lifeline and Benefits service＞
・Since the water supply is centrally managed by UR, depending on the property, procedures by UR may be required to open the valve of the water meter on the move-in day.
・Luggage and other items may not moved to the housing unit prior to the move-in day.
・After moving in, support will be provided by the UR management company.
